Listen to the Program” War of The Worlds” as it was broadcast live in 1938

All Hallows Eve is celebrated on October 31st, and is observed in many other counties, and its also known as All Saints day, It was also  celebrated in Ireland, and Scotland  for centuries, as immigrants from those counties, brought many customs to North America in the 19th century.

And it had spread to other counties by American influence in the 19th and 20th century, and some of the activities included, Trick or treating, costume parties, carving pumpkins, lighting bonfires, bobbing for apples, a visit to a haunted house! Telling scary stories, watching horror films! And even attending church services and lighting candles on the graves of the dead!
