Yes, it was one of my favorite places to go in the 1950’s! If you had a quarter, you could get a few toys on a summer’s day! And if you had a dollar you were in heaven!

Thanks! If I could travel back to the 1950’s It’s one of the first places I would go! No Kidding! I can still see my friends and me on our way to see what was new at Woolworth’s a few blocks away from where we lived! A kids delight!
I can just imagine the magic! I really wish I could’ve been there. By the time I was around, Woolworth’s was just a drugstore, but it was still good for a drugstore. Now they don’t even exist at all…
