Having my morning coffee I think back to those days of the 50’s and 60’s. I can’t help thinking how much better things were, no problems in schools like today. Kids were out doing things playing, hanging out, and no one had fear about being harmed there were no worries like that I know of. The 50’s were a great time to be a kid there was always something to do after school and mostly in the summer!

You would call on your friends to come out for getting a game of baseball or stickball or just hang out and much more. In the 60’s as a teen it was great also untill 1963 that changed America so much and through out the decade more heart break and the Vietnam war and protests.

The only good thing was the music from groups like the beach boys, the four Seasons, and Motown, The Girl Groups, and in 1964 I watched as millions of others did the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show! That really started a music revolution and many other great groups made some great music also. I mean Motown had one hit after another coming out in the 60’s yes what a time for music it was..
