Halloween fun!

Ingredients:

  • 10 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Black food coloring (or black icing)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (for a “dirt” effect)
  • Candy eyeballs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Workstation:

Set up a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will be where you place your marshmallow pops once they are dipped in chocolate.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Pops:

Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow. Dip each marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Decorate the Marshmallows:

Place the dipped marshmallows on the parchment paper. If desired, place candy eyeballs on top while the chocolate is still wet. Use a toothpick or a small piping bag to add black food coloring or icing to create ghostly faces.
  5. Add the “Dirt”:

While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle crushed graham crackers around the base of the marshmallow pop for a spooky “dirt” effect.
  6. Let Set:

Allow the chocolate to set completely. You can speed up the process by placing the pops in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your spooky treats! Bob
