Back in WW1 and WW2 people in the United States began their own Victiory Gardens to support the war efforts, and food being in short suppy and rationing was in affect with most items, as food, rubber, and many other products through out the country.
Planning and planting your own garden is a great way to grow your own healthy food such as Vegetables, fruits. Below is a list you may want to try to start and make your garden, I found this online I don’t have a garden if I did I would without a doubt begin one!!
There are many vegetables and fruits that can be grown in your victory garden, you can find out more online, at your local library or in your community centers. You can find many books at Amazon, I have brought many used books there in really great condition at great prices but you can look around to find out more options. Bob
