Hi! My Daughters invited me to be their guests at the MoMA in New York City. We had a great time there It could take days to view everything there, but we were there for the day and spent about 4 hours or so there. We viewed many great works of Art, and a few from Picasso! as well as an Egyptian Exhibit, and we went to the rock and roll exhibit and took these photos. The Buddy Holly one is for Retro Dee! Strawberry fields was smaller than I thought but it was a short walk into the park right across the street from the Dakota where John and Yoko Lived.

The First photo is of John Lennon’s Guitar, Ringo’s Drums, Buddy Hollly’s Guitar, The Everly Brother’s Guitars , Chuck Berry’s Guitar, Strawberry Fields, Design, George Harrision’s early Guitar, Jerry Lee Lewis Piano, Elvis Presley’s early Guitar, I think he may have learned to play in the days while in High School but not sure of it..

A man was sitting on a bench playing Beatle songs so we sat awhile then a woman came and sat down and played after that. People coming and going and a tour group of young people with guilds and one guide was telling the group that “Here is a place where we calm down out of respect because people come to reflect and pay respects” It was great day in N.Y.C.
